I see your point but, thats almost like saying these guys should grow up and get real jobs.

I've seen a touchdown before but that won't keep me from celebrating the next time the Skins score a touchdown!!!

Re: End Zone celebration

At least its not like playing in the VHSL. Celebration results in a callback of the touchdown.

As far as the rule... They are the same for everyone you can act like an idiot after scoring (I know I would) but it comes with a price. You make your bed, you lay in it.

Re: End Zone celebration

Playing in high school (I know, no comparison to the NFL) our coach told us that anytime we scored we should the O should celebrate with the man who crossed the plane, because we all busted our asses in practice and got beat up in games just to get those 6 points. He said we deserved it. I don't see why that doesn't aply here

Re: End Zone celebration

it does apply, and if the team scores they ought to celebrate. The only reason to stop it is because players making tons of money are getting their feelings hurt. both sides need to grow up and let the fans enjoy when their team scores(insert Redskin comment here )

Overall I get the idea that you need to stop it so guys dont keep trying to do it, but I kind of enjoyed the celebrations for the most part.
