Big time "Hell yeah!" --- got 2/3's of plaintiff's case kicked out even before we picked the jury. Opposing counsel had to ask for a continuance until tomorrow morning because "the claims [the judge] disposed of were integral to [his] case theory".
He be scrambling now! Blood in the water and the beast is hungry.
