Coaching Staff update

The biggest issue that I saw of past coaching staffs is that that I got a feel that there were too many chiefs and not enough indians. Too many spoons in the pot. This time around I feel that Shanny is the one and only chief.

So far I like the mix of this staff as well. Clearly, where a coach that Shanahan et al were comfortable with, they went with them, but the assistants all seem solid and reputable. With WR, and maybe strength and conditioning(don't recall hearing anything about that position) left to fill, I am impressed with what looks to be a very cohesive group. I am glad that there are no apparent grandfather clause, or I've got pictures, type hirings, and that each one seems to live up to the threshold MS set, meaning that they know their position better than MS does.

Will it all work right? we will see. So far 2010 has been a solid year for me as a Redskins fan!
