Wow. On NFL.com Manuel didn't even make a 70 rating. 68.7.
No one drafted so far has been below an 85. Yikes. Me thinks the Bills are desperate.

Was watching espn and Berman said EJ Manuel from Va Beach. He is athletic, physical. Seems to throw well. I think the question is in his pass progressions. He's going to need to some coaches to develop and work with him.
