Wow. On NFL.com Manuel didn't even make a 70 rating. 68.7.

No one drafted so far has been below an 85.

Was watching espn and Berman said EJ Manuel from Va Beach. He is athletic, physical. Seems to throw well. I think the question is in his pass progressions. He's going to need to some coaches to develop and work with him.
