Throwing your playbook away and rewriting your offense because your quarterback can't see his recievers is another thing all together.

What's the "Griffin way" in terms of coaching?

A good coach adjusts the scheme and playcalls to maximize the skillset of his players, period. If you don't get it I don't know what else to say...
