How many bad games would it take before you'd yank him? If he plays like this all season he isn't going to be on the team next year so there'd be no point to keep playing Kirk the whole season. Like I said, I hope it was just a couple bad games and he starts playing better, but if it doesn't at some point you might as well see if Nate looks capable, even of just staying on as the backup QB once Colt leaves in a couple years.
