On the tag, I can't see how ALL the names being banded are going to be tagged. There just seem too many teams that need to make big cuts to not break the cap.

2/23 -- teams can start playing tag

3/9 -- deadline to tag

3/17 -- league year and FA begins. teams must be under the cap (they have yet to announce cap)

Things will start happening soon. Teams will have to get creative with the cap and make some tough decisions. Hopefully we benefit from this unique time.

There will definitely be some cap casualty cuts to sift through. A lot of these teams are strapped with dead money and aging vets that they will be apprehensive to extend to get cap relief by converting salary into bonus money across future years.
