but i think we can all agree the drafting has not been out this world to date outside of JD5, which my mom could ahve made that pick, who is a really good contributor from a AP draft class on our current roster? #0 stock is way down, so not him

Mike S is a good player for the most part but yeah other than those 2 I agree.
This team needs to lose almost every game the rest of the way to secure a top 5 pick

This so funny and sadly true. I am assuming Jow W worked all last week to gameplan, probably stayed late every night just trying to come up with something. What would have happened in the game Sunday if Whitt had just said fuck it i am going to Disney with the fam , i will be back for the DET game just before kick off, would the score just been 50 something versu 44 , Whitt should just gone to Disney not burnt himself out and wasted Commanders resources at Commanders Park.

We’re not even to the point where the year 1 draft can be properly graded.

but i can also be halfway through a final exam in school that i didn't study for and know i am going to bomb it ; i mean technically it has not been properly graded at that point but the future results are obvious....

Also fair to say we need 4-5 years of Peters to know what we have for sure. It was silly to crown him last year and it’s equally silly to think we now need to blow it all up. |

Re: Week 10 Gameday Thread- Lions @Commaanders
Payne has been suspended for 1 game by NFL. If I'm DQ, I would suspend him one more game. We should not tolerate this kind of behavior and it's important for DQ to make sure that everyone on the team understands that.

Re: Week 10 Gameday Thread- Lions @Commaanders
No excuse for Payne, but is Kinlaw correct in saying Brown struck first? I know they always catch the retaliator (so don't be that guy), but if that happened on camera, Brown needs punishing too.

Now I know how Dallas fans feel every year. Every year they think they are going to the SB and fall flat on their face.

Re: Week 10 Gameday Thread- Lions @Commaanders
Some of the post game stuff had me rolling, like Quan Martin saying not sure why he was penalized when he was the one being dragged to the ground and kicked in the nuts. Which I feel is a perfect metaphor for this season. I'm good with it as long as we get a sideline shot of DQ milking the cow every game. I'll just sit back and enjoy it.

Of the 9 picks last year Daniels and Sainistril are hits, Coleman and McCaffery have been contributors, Sinnott and Macgee have started to see more playing time, and the rest are up in the air. I think another full season is needed to fairly judge this class, but so far is it really that “sus”? |
