One? Turnover-wise this was not a good game for us. We threw two interceptions, caught none, and recovered all three fumbles in the game (2 of our own 1 of theirs), a pretty lucky feat. If we lose the Portis fumble and the Sellers one does
not roll out of bounds, we're 0-1 right now.
We didn't give up a lot of points in either game, but that doesn't mean there isn't something to worry about. Once again we gave away first downs like candy to an offense that is not very good at all. This is how last year started.
Doesn't mean I think we are doomed; far from it, but I'm much more encouraged by the offense right now because Santana has proven that these drops are not something that will be a problem down the road.
