Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
The way I see it Mooby you take away the miscues we made and we walk away a winner... plain and simple. Our D once again contained a pretty potent, but otherwise one dimensional offense. Look at Green Bay and how many points their offense has put up this year in previous games. Today they only score 10. I'd love to hear what Favre would have to say about the skins defense today but my guess is he'll never want to face them again this year if at all possible.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
pretty much, all we had to do was handle our business on O and not have those miscues/turnovers and we walk away with a win. The defense played great once again but this time our offense did not support them. The turnovers were the major reason, but honestly they're always a major reason why teams lose. It's no suprise to anyone that we committed turnovers and we lost, especially when one of those turnovers is returned for 6.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
I think that's a very irrational statement sir. We could at least get something for him if we traded him, one bad game is not grounds for cutting your #1 wideout. He just needs to get healthy and get back into the right frame of mind.

I think if we act fast we can get L. Coles back.

Our D kept putting us back in the game, and then we'd just flush it down the toilet.

I believe we may already have a winner for "Dumbest Comment of the Week."
I thought it was usually late Monday before it showed up.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
LOL, I know that would rattle you guys. I'm just messing around, but I was really pissed at him. He is the reason we lost. He wasn't the only one dropping catches but he dropped some key ones. He didn't have one catch, he dropped 2 or 3 and when he finally got his hands on the ball he fumbled. For our #1 receiver that is inexcusable. Not only that but he hasn't just had a bad game, he has had a bad season. He has dropped passes left and right, maybe he's hurt and if he is hurt and can't preform then he shouldn't be out there.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
just curious, on that 4th down and like 1 or 2. how long of a fg attempt would that have been? i know hind sight is 20/20 but what if we kicked it and made it. never know.i would have atleast lined up for the attempt to see if we could draw them offsides, i saw a few plays where they were offsides but no flag.. oh well i guess its in the Cards next week.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
I don't say cut him, but I would really rethink about resigning him. We really need a guy that is physically imposing like TO, Randy Moss or Stallworth IMHO to be our #1 go to guy. I fear that Santana is going to be oft injured as he is taking a beating more often. Also I wonder if it is more than just his groin. I know the weather sucked and all, but that bomb that JC threw to him should have been caught. If Santana is not 100%, I say give McCardell more playing time. I liked what I saw in him against the Lions last week.
