I made up my mind according to VA law. Sorry. LOL I went back to read the story and fell out laughing. I'm sure there are some race issues in that town and all the people need to stop wearing the white sheets but please. I couldn't finish it after I read that he pulled out his junk in class. Prank or not level headed young men don't do that and he was in high school. He knew better. Then it goes on to mention the inappropriate touching of a 14yr old. after track practice. Both got him suspended. Lets not be niave here and right him off as an angle. He's a perve. no big deal right. If he was white he wouldn't have gotten into trouble...right.
