I also found it interesting that

A. Shanahan wanted to hire Zimmerman
and
B. Visted Urban Meyer at Florida

Maybe it's just me but all three of those guys look like (Shanahan, Zimmerman, and Meyer). Not to mention that Shanahans son obviously looks like his father and Matt LaFleur looks like Kyle.

Still ditto on the Allen/Gruden connection. It really is scary how much those to sound alike, not to mention the similarities when it comes to facial expressions.
