I didn't get it, but I'm guessing you liked Beavis and Butthead.

On the original note with Shanahan I would presume we would do better then 9 wins. I don't expect it but I feel Shanahan is better then 8-8. We have talent but we just needed a HC who knows how to utilize it.

Unless McNabb has one hell of a season I don't see Pro bowl next yrs future.

Play offs might be the the second reason it turns into a 3rd.

I think my issue with the whole thing is I just hate the other QB's with in the NFCE. Giving up a second and next yrs 3rd or 4th for McNabb was not a bad deal considering his abilities. I just can't bring myself to liking him whole heartedly since he has been the enemy for so many yrs.

Clearly he has been welcomed in DC better then he was in Philli with all the Boo's. Maybe we should boo him game one coming out of the tunnel as a sarcastic joke to Philli. Then the rest of the season cheer his ass.

I'm hoping we do ending up trading a 3rd rounder
Not a huge deal but I dont like the pro bowl tie in. With all the probowl alternates these days half the QBs in the league end up being probowlers.

Well, I would've made it the Superbowl, but hey at least it wasn't if we are off-season champions again this year.

I'm so on the fence about what this means to the redskins. I've watched McNabb for years and he has tons of good qualities about him. But, then he had a great coach backing him up in a pass happy offense. Then I think he will be a great leader, but then I read articles where he wasn't that great.

I'm just trying to make sense of it all.

Yawn....I get a headache from the know it alls that are fighting about what might be.
'Donavan will never be better than what he was in Philly.'
Clausen is the next Peyton Manning.' LOL!

It is great to talk about the future, but nobody knows what will happen.
Who knew that Doug Williams would come out of almost retirement and win a SB with the Redskins in 87?
Who knew Tom Brady who could not start in Michigan would win three SB's?
Give it a rest you guys.
You are all brilliant and the smartest on this board. There....do you feel better?

Interesting to hear DeSean Jackson say that they needed a change, they've got young players and many of them are excited about the change

Anyone else feel dissapointed with McNabb's press conference? Jeez it sounds like Jason Campbell has much more dedication/commitment to playing this season. Not that that covers up his lack of throwing abilities, but I really didn't feel the McNabb vibe today.

You ever see one of his pressers before? He's just a laid back and even keeled kind of guy. That was pretty much vintage McNabb.

Wait!!! How can he be a top 10/Pro Bowl QB unless he shows fire and determination?!? If he's not shouting and passionate he can't be a real leader.

I'm wait & see with this trade, but i left that news conference feeling better about the trade, he came in at 7:30am & worked out with his new teammates to me that speaks wonders he hadn't even had the NC yet. I'm still wait & see but that was some good news. I'm a big JC supporter.
