Re: Haynesworth might learn a few things about Shanahan from Plummer
Haynesworth just got paid a $21,000,000 bonus and he can't bring himself to accomodate his coach? That is the height of narcissism. For that kind of money, he should be willing to (insert word here) Shanahan at midfield during the halftime show.

Neither Shanahan nor Allen signed him to that contract.

Re: Haynesworth might learn a few things about Shanahan from Plummer
Would it be any different if he just got paid a $21,000 bonus? What does money have to do with being a professional? I'd expect no more or less professionalism from the highest paid player than the 53rd highest paid player. Tying salary to leadership is always a foolish mistake. He should be there because of his teammates and his dedication to making the team the best they can be, not because he made more money than the GNP of most European countries.
