I guess I would just not get disappointed weekend after weekend.

Instead of screaming, jumping up and down and threatening to break the tv, I'd actually relax.

Get my sanity back! Or what's left of it.

I think I'd have about 16 stress free Sunday/Monday/Thursdays if football is cancelled next year. I'd probably watch UFL or CFL if that was the case just so I could keep up with it, although I'd also have college football to keep me going as well.

I'm starting to think a year off might do the Redskins good.

After about 10 minutes of watching todays game and getting a terrible headache and getting in a lousy mood and not wanting to do shit for the rest of the day I think I might welcome a strike-lockout.I cant take it anymore.I quit watching at halftime and I think im done for the yr.I'll tape the games, and if we win I'll be able to watch them stress free

Re: WTF would I do without Redskins football for a year?

Thank you Coach Gibbs for trading a Hall of Fame CB for Clinton Portis (Oh, and also giving up a #2 draft choice to Denver in that trade), and thanks for trading two draft choices to SF for Brandon Lloyd, then cutting him, and thanks for giving up a #3 draft choice to Jacksonville for a QB that every other coach thought was over the hill and couldn't play anymore. Then thank you, Vinny, for trading 2 draft picks to Miami for a defensive end that didn't even fit the scheme the Redskins used. It goes on and on. Where does it stop?

Well, since all of the folks you hang these mistakes on are gone, you might say that it has already stopped...

However, there is one other constant factor running through all of those decisions - - and the decision to bring in players like Jeff George, Deion Sanders etc.

So maybe it ain't gonna stop.

Re: WTF would I do without Redskins football for a year?

Yesterday, for the first time ever, I turned off the game when it was 21 to 0. I went upstairs and took a nap. I couldn't take it anymore. I suspect an awful lot of folks felt the same way. I hate how the team is playing and want to stop watching......but then again, how can I do that?

To be honest I don't care that much anymore. I mean yeah it sucks when the lose, but it is almost expected.
