Damn, the Ravens have good Receivers. Mason goes down with an injury and friggin Dante Stallworth comes in and catches a 60 yard bomb.

What about Locker? I do like Ponder also the guy makes plays when it looks like nothing is there.

I'm not as high on Locker as others are, not really sure why. I mean I think he's a solid QB and if he fell to the 2nd I guess I'd take a chance on him but I don't trade up to get him in the 1st.

Tonight's game should be great. I'll definitely be rooting for (my new hometown) NY Jets, but I think the Pats (my AFC SB pick) pull out the victory.

Well the Pats are going to coast to a victory, but the game hasn't been nearly as great as I'd thought it might be. My Pats vs. Falcons SB pick looking pretty solid right now

Damn, the Pats are good. They're about to beat one of the best Defenses in the league as bad as they beat us a few years ago. And they're young, right? They seem to hoard draft picks and have shown they know what to do with them. And they have very few players who command a high salary... maybe nobody but Brady.

The Jets needed to be humbled

Belichek still coaching hard while leading by 35. Gotta admire that...

This is a worse beat down than our MNF debacle.

Pats just keep on rolling. They lose coaches, they lose players, they lose front office people and they just keep on winning. They're the model NFL franchise.

No question. Must be fun to a Pats fan. Bill Belicheck kind of reminds me of a Phil Jackson. Very even through ups and downs, a master motivator, and just wins baby.

I can't wait to see that pompous whale Rex Ryan's presser after that shitshow. His mouth needs to shut. Now.

Re: Around the NFL (Week 13)

What's really amazing is how all of the Patriots players buy into their model. They all play so hard, they are so well prepared, and they all sound the exact same when interviewed by the media!

And if you don't buy in, shit Darth Hoodie doesn't care if you're Randy Moss or Adailus Thomas, he'll show your ass right to the door and not miss a beat.

Re: Around the NFL (Week 13)

Holy crap that is worse then our MNF debacle. I mean sure we allowed the Eagles to inch up to the 60 point barrier but we still had 28 points ourself. Obvioulsy 31 point loss isn't nearly as bad as a 42 point loss.

Anyway I said this before but getting rid of Moss was great for the Pats offense. The problem with having a loudmouthed, "GIVE ME THE DAMN BALL" type playmaker is you have to worry about getting him his looks more then you have to worry about simply finding the open guy. This effects your playcalling as well as the effort you get from 3rd, 4th, and 5th options. The Cowboys saw the same sort of effect when they got rid of T.O the year before.

Right now Tom Brady is dealing with a group of unselfish guys that allow him to simply get into the flow of the game rather then worrying about weather or not Randy's happy.

I have him in fantasy this year for the first time ever. It's been a lot of fun, especially the past month and a half. 27-4 TD to INT. Woah. He's stupid good.

Needless to say I'm coasting into the playoffs in that fantasy league.

Exactly, he doesn't pull any of this "let me teach you a lesson" crap. When Randy Moss became an issue, dude was gone. I wish MS would learn this.
