Re: 2011 NFL Season: Bold Predictions Thread
Some of my bold predictions.
1) Eagles miss the playoffs and Andy Reid is fired as head coach. 2) Cowboys will miss the playoffs again. (not really bold, but it makes me feel good) 3) Redskins finish second in the NFC East and secure a wild card playoff spot. 4) Detroit ends up in the NFC Championship 5) San Diego Chargers finally make it back to the Super Bowl.

LIONS win the NFC North.
Albert Haynesworth will not crack the Pats starting lineup. Josh Freeman named Pro Bowl MVP.

This is merely a $50 drip of Tabasco, I didn't go full on Habenero sauce although I was tempted.

I think a bold prediction would be the opposite of this.

Not for those Bostonians, who are deluding themselves quite deeply.

Re: 2011 NFL Season: Bold Predictions Thread
Skins go 7-9 but manage to beat either the Jets or the Pats while losing to at least 1 team we shouldn't (ie carolina, miami, etc)
Bears win their division and make the Super Bowl. GB and Det are the NFC wildcards. Texans win the AFC south but lose early in the playoffs. Jets beat Chicago in the super bowl. Tony Sparano takes off his sunglasses and reveals he has cat eyes, like The Nightman. Haynesworth plays in at least 12 games for NE and doesn't look half bad. And my boldyest prediction - 97% of my predictions actually come true.

Rob Ryan is fired after Dallas gives up 28PPG.
Rex Ryan Guarantees the Jets will lose to NE both games Mike Vick will own a dog fighting ring again

Re: 2011 NFL Season: Bold Predictions Thread
Browns will finish Second in the AFC North.
Jaguars win AFC South, Titans finish 2-14. Tim Tebow is traded for a 5th rounder to buffalo. Giants win NFC East, with the redskins second. No playoffs. |
