The NFL rumor wire - - the back-channels - - are going nuts here. And the Skins are right at the epicenter of the RUMORS. Note carefully, these are still RUMORS. If things materilize as currently RUMORED, the return of Joe Gibbs from NASCAR to the NFL sidelines should seem "ordinary". HOW-EVAH [/Stephen A.
