If I'm Miami I'd give Tebow a hard look. At the very least he's got star power. He sells tickets and jerseys, and the Dolphins desperately that type of boost.

Jacksonville could obviously use a boost in ticket sales as well.

Winning is going to boost sales, not a trick pony. They need somebody that can run their offense, they need stability in the front office. They don't need false hope.

He's an instant draw at the box office, that's just a fact.

And he did manage to win some games last year too.

Please. His team won games. There is a reason Denver was looking at every direction at QB this off-season. He sucks.

When you're playing to half empty stadiums, all that matters is the short term.

As a pure business decision, Tebow makes too much sense for teams like the Dolphins and Jags.

We are not in dire financial straits such that we are forced to care only about the short term.

Plus the Dolphins don't have any receivers that will demand the ball. They could run the spread option with little problem.
