There is a 0% chance that Snyder still has any input with personnel. Allen and Shanahan simply aren't the types that would put up with it and they wouldn't have taken the job without being ensured they are in charge. I wouldn't be surprised if it was written into their contracts either.

Danny can't catch a break man .. he brings in George Allen's freaking SON .. HIRES JOE GIBBS ... brings in a 2 time super bowl champ in Shanny ... the guy wants to win .. i have faith that one day he will .. i truly believe that ... the right people are in place .. it's only been about 10 years ... i think all things being considered the guy is headed in the right direction
