Official April Fools Thread

This is the Official April Fools Thread. What will the "foolish" joke be this year? Cousin Vinnie fired! Trading up for Russell, Johnson, etc., Briggs trade finalized, or, HOF Coach Gibbs retirement plans. I should have added two more choices on the Poll: Bring back LaVarr or not, and has the Portis trade been better than keeping Champ! Darn!

Re: Official April Fools Thread

Dan Snyder got sick of all the negativity here and bought TheWarpath.net. We're all banned for insubordination.

Since we're all banned, and since Snyder bought the "Johnny Rockets" 50's style restaurant chain, I've opted to serve up some fresh 50's style chicken zingers with all my extra free time. Hook-ups for everyone except AMD.

McNABB TO RETIRE?

Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb is contemplating retirement, a source close to McNabb tells us.

Per the source, McNabb has grown weary of rehabbing the ACL that he tore last season, and he has decided that he has had enough.

"He always gets hurt," said the source. "And he thinks that it's just going to happen again. So why bother spending all the time and effort getting healthy?"

McNabb has missed extensive time over the past several years with a broken ankle, a hernia, and the ACL tear.

The primary in-house options for the Eagles to replace him would be A.J. Feeley and Kelly Holcomb. Holcomb was acquired a few days ago in a trade with the Bills. They also could bring in a proven veteran, such as Jeff George.

I knew banning people would come back to haunt me, but I never expected to miss out on free chicken zingers. Curse this awesome responsibility I've been given!!!
