Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
Not too thrilled about that quick turnaround time between the Bills and Bears.

Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
The Dec. games should all be interesting. Not necessarily the best teams, but all teams that are a little unpredictable at this point. Except the pokes, I see them as being as good as they were last year or better, 9-7 or 10-6. Their O line could be a disaster though.

Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
I just did the same thing! This is good news that we do not play one team that is coming off a bye week.

Nov 25 @Tampa Bay 1:00pm
It almost feels like Tampa Bay is in our division. We play them every year. |

Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
Why is it that we always play @ Tampa? Every year!!! I agree with everyone in that a week 4 bye sucks and the Bears on a short week is no good

Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
ESPN.com - NFL - Bills, Raiders have toughest 2007 schedules
Our strength of schedule. I know the teams were here before but still good to look at here. We have a balanced schedule at .500 The thing is that looks good but looking at it closer, we have the hardest schedule in the NFC east and second hardest in the NFC period. The AFC teams have harder schedules b/c of their dominance. It sucks because all that matters is our schedule vs our opponents and in that respect we have a tough schedule. |

Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
Yea the early bye does stink, be nice to hit it mid to late in the season.

[Edit] it is an 8:15 game so maybe they don't lose a practice day, but it's still better not to have to travel on a short week.

Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
AT Tampa AGAIN!?!?!?
Geesh. Other than the early bye, I like the schedule. Giants, BYE, Detriot, Green Bay and Arizona will be a nice run to build momentum going into the New England game. In fact, I could see us going into that game with no losses, 2 max. The schedule looks pretty easy until the Pats game. Miami will have a great D, no offense. Philly is on a big decline. New York will be last in the NFC East this year. Lions, Packers, Cards need no explanation. Tampa, Buffalo, Vikes, another Giants game...all should be wins. I love closing at home against Dallas. ![]() I say 11-5. |

At least we get CHi at home. They have to travel. We're both at home the game before.

Re: Let's Discuss the 2007 Schedule
i hate those stupid thursday games. It is a huge disadvantage to the traveling team. The home team has a great advantage because they save time not traveling and get to practice while their opponent doesn't. They also get the next week as a long week to prepare against its next team. That is why i hate dallas always getting a thanksgiving game at home. It is unfair. It is an advantage they get every year.
We do get a long week before the giants and home field advantage. SO that is good |
