Re: Game Ball!!
Antonio Brown for the kickoff return for the TD and Sean "I always hit hard" Taylor for that stop on 4th down.

Re: Game Ball!!
IMO Portis, Taylor, and Brown all deserves peices of the game ball but the biggest one goes to Brown. That return fully swung the momentum onto our side and it's made even sweeter by the fact that as others have mentioned, he was sitting at home on sundays a month ago. Taylor was an absolute beast today, as was our entire defense. I loved that hit from Rogers on Boldin when Boldin went up in the air for a catch and Rogers absolutely blew him up and knocked him a couple yards back. And Portis did his part with the ball in his hands as well as when the ball was in the hands of Brunnel in pass protection.

I'd also add that I thought Pierson Prioleau had a really good game today. Probably his best as a Redskin

Re: Game Ball!!
It was close, but I gave it to Sean Taylor. More than the hits and int., his presence was felt and he was constantly in the Cards backfield forcing plays.
How about the rook, Carlos Rogers? He's certainly coming along. |

Re: Game Ball!!
I went with Portis.
He's our offense right now, I absolutely loved that TD run. One hand on Sellers back steering him down the field, stumbling and finally jumping to stretch the ball out over the goal line. |

Re: Game Ball!!
Taylor gets the nod, but it's a tough choice.

Re: Game Ball!!
Brown, if he does not run that kick back the skins lose to the worst team in nfl history.

Re: Game Ball!!
I gave my game to Portis, mainly because I've been critical of his running style. He has come through in the last two weeks. He is performing like the top 5 back his is being paid to be. Antonio Brown's return didn't go unnoticed. I was running through the Sports Bar with him. Accuse me of taking Sean Taylor for granted, but I expect him to blow people up every week. The dude is a monster. I noticed that most teams shy away from running crossing patterns against the Skins...I wonder why? I can't wait for next week. Hopefully Arrington, Samuels and Springs will be healthy for the GIRLS.

Re: Game Ball!!
"I'm running downfield and all of a sudden I feel him on the waist of my pants," Sellers said of Portis. "He was just directing me this way or that way, and I told him I would take care of it. He knew with me blocking for him, ain't nobody going to try to take me out."
I just love hearing quotes like this...
