A 2nd, 4th and a 6th..... seems a little pricey, glad WFT did not pull the trigger on that

Didn't see that one coming. I guess they figured they wouldn't get a chance at the QB(s) they like at #8, and didn't like the idea of moving up.

I'm not sure how much better he makes them though.

They must think he is somewhat of a clear update, you don't give up a 2nd, 4th and 6th to have a good back up, or just fot camp competition's sake, do you?

Yep, I'm sure they do. I don't.

Time will tell.

Oh I'm with you, I think they definitely overpaid. But they must think they didn't (obviously). But even if he turns out to be Tom Brady, at the point in time where they made the trade he wasn't worth that IMO.

Yeah, Darnold turns the ball over more, fumbles more, has a lower overall completion percentage, a lower career QBR, and a worse W/L record as a starter. The only argument for him is that he has potential that could not be realized under the previous Jets leadership. Apparently the new Jets regime does not see it that way, but the Panthers do.

As for Washington, I was told the team wasn’t very interested in Darnold. “Not looking for a reclamation project” was direct quote from somebody in Ashburn after they signed Fitz. Now Sam gets his chance to prove he’s not broken but the Jets are. We will see.

Spoke with a few sources - Washington won’t be calling on Teddy Bridgewater. Some connections between Teddy B & WFT, but Washington is excited to roll with Ryan Fitzpatrick and young QBs this fall.

If Watson is guilty of this, he may be suspended an entire season at the very least.

LOL.

22 accusers and he might get one season?

He will be indefinitely suspended until we move on to the next NFL crime that gets everyone's attention. Then a year or two down the road some team will quietly sign him and hope everybody forgot about this.

Watson may or may not be guilty of any criminal charges.

But he is guilty as fuck of being an idiot and putting himself in obviously stupid situations.

Yeah I was reading his book "Pass it on" and he talks about serving and all that following Christ.. This is a very bad look on him if this is true. 22 Accusers lead me to believe that it is
