Ranking our starting QB's since Rypien

We are going to draft a quarterback next year, and I hope TH stays healthy for the foreseeable future. Dude looks really good as long as he stays healthy. Before we decide to make a move for someone like Tua, I would like to see how Heinicke fares this year. As of right now, I don't see how Tua would be an upgrade though.
