Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Aaron Rodgers loves himself some Aaron Rodgers. Not really surprising his own brother doesn't even like him.

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
My brother lives up there and says all he hears about from folks in Green Bay is what a total ass Aaron is.

Lol Missouri…while we are clearing cap space now…when Rodgers forces his way out after this season and we then sign him to a big deal, remind me to buy and send you a AR WTF Jersey

Packers aren't going to release him. It will take multiple picks, including multiple 1's. And he will be another year older. Pass!

I said he was an ass…I didn’t say he wasn’t talented or he couldn’t help us….you just have to decide if catering to an obnoxious diva is worth it. I don’t.

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Tom Brady can be a huge prick at times and I would not care that at all if he was playing for our team. I feel the same way about Rodgers.
Of all teams, Green Bay should have known better to have an exit plan for Rodgers, once they drafted Jordan Love. Honestly, this is borderline Bruce Allen stupidity by the Packers.

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Watched the AR presser and I had zero problems with his rationale. Sure he sounds like a diva but is he wrong? The only reason players go to GB is to have a chance to win and he's the main reason they are a contender year in and year out. I wish we had those "problems".

Did Preston Smith sign with GB because Rodgers was there or they offered him the most money? My guess would be the money. Maybe a veteran receiver will sign a contract there partly because of him. But I don't think that's the same for most other positions. The guy is a d-bag. Unless he ends up on our team somehow, I hope he never wins another ring. He can cry a river right into retirement.

My issue is, after publicly ripping the FO this way, how is this not going to affect the general mood in the building, and ultimately in the locker room ? How does the coach feel about it ? It won't affect AR's level of play, but Football is still a team sport...

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
He's basically asking for a trade without openly doing so.. I mean what employee can bash their employer every day and still stay on the job? I get it, he's a top 3 QB but come on dude

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Take AR off that team and they struggle to be around .500. He knows he's got all the juice.

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Of course money plays in but GB sure looks more attractive with AR at the helm guiding them to 12 or 13 wins and a division title.

If he leaves and the Packers build a team where all the "good" players signed because of the money, wellll we more than anyone should know how that works out. There are premium players in this league that already have money and want to win a title. So they only want to go to teams that have a chance at the title. A-Rod affords them that opportunity.
