Re: Eagles v. Mandos Gameday Thread

Drove to Philly today from upstate Ny. Game was on the radio and I’d swear it sounded like it was a home game for the Eagles. Wasn’t enjoying hat I heard. Got to Philly. Was at a rental car counter at the Philadelphia airport waiting on a car for a chunk of the second quarter. Game on the tv. Couldn’t stand it so walked out to stand outside. In the rain.

This franchise sucks the fun out of football.

Oh they are most definitely better then us - player wise and Coaching obviously. It isn’t even close for either. We have a couple good wr’s and a couple good DT’s.

You do. You're just trying to convince yourself differently.

I think most of it boils down to coaching.

No coincidence Wentz is the one getting sacked record times.
He can only be elite with elite Oline play

Re: Eagles v. Mandos Gameday Thread

More than coaching. Slay and Bradberry at CB. Actual LBs. A better Qb (Hurts over 300 yards again), and better in the trenches by a mile today.

Are they 24-0 in a half better? No. And coaching is absolutely part of it.

I like our RBs, WRs, Cosmi and Roullier on offense. And our TEs, although I’m worried Thomas hasn’t really returned to form. On D, Sweat, Allen and Payne are very good. But beyond those guys….

Coaching is a huge part of it. But their Oline is much better than ours. Their corners are miles above ours. Their quarterback is better than ours also.

Edit: Linebackers too. Not even close
