Well, so much for the whole "Rodgers' offseason is affecting his play" theory.

Also, if Brady ever retires, he needs to join the Peyton/Eli broadcast. I'd pay to see that.

Lions will be drafting a QB. No way is Goff their future. Can not believe McVay got to a SB w/ him.

You can win games with him but he needs a strong supporting cast including coaching. Don't think he's going to find much success in Detroit.

I'm really surprised how much I like the Peyton and Eli broadcast. They're making MNF a must see.

I absolutely love those guys but it made it slightly difficult to watch the game. I found myself looking at their reactions to everything. If that was us playing id absolutely keep it on the regular broadcast.

Yeah it's not a replacement for a traditional broadcast, but it sure is really entertaining.

Crazy. Few clips from Hard Knocks made it feel like he was at his right place as the Rams LB coach...

I tried to watch it week one, but couldn't do it. They must have been better week 2, or maybe I turned it too early.

Re: Around the NFL Week 2

During one of his touchdowns, Jones lost a necklace that contained a portion of his father's ashes. Jones' father died earlier this year at the age of 56 due to complications with COVID-19.

Despite losing the pendant, Jones had a positive attitude after the game.

"He'd be happy. He'd be like: 'If you lose it anywhere, lose it in the end zone,'" Jone said in a post-game interview.

Late on Monday night, Jones' already heartwarming story came to an even warmer conclusion.

Matt Schneidman, who covers the Packers for The Athletic, posted a video of Packers trainer Bryan Engel scouring the Packers' end zone late into the night, searching for the lost pendant.

-Matt Schneidman (@mattschneidman) September 21, 2021

He found it, with Jones sending him his heartfelt thanks on Twitter.

-Aaron Jones 3️⃣3️⃣ (@Showtyme_33) September 21, 2021

"[He] found it, so we're perfect," Jones said on Tuesday morning, speaking with "The Steve Czaban Show" on 97.3 The Game in Milwaukee. "Thank you to him. He was out there until 1:45 [a.m. CT]. It shows how much they care about us."

Randomly ran across this .. good for Steve. He was my fav DC radio sports guy.

Glad he landed on his feet and maybe upgraded. Talk Pack is better than talking Skins.
