QB (least favorite, as I like Howell, but doesn't matter if the coaches don't)

No CB - okie is right.
Oline - the best one idc if its C.
Oline again.
ILB
2 and 3 can be interchangeable depending on who is available where.
I don’t think the coaches dont like Howell.

The internal battle for Turner is the most talented personnel on offense is the receiving corp of Samuel, J Dot and Terry.
Agreed.

So if we cant call traditional 5 to 7 step drops bc of O line and QB ... why not call all those screens/bubbles/gimmick plays to get the ball in playmakers hands in space? We did that last year.

Call 5 slants to Terry a game.

McKissic was the X factor it sucks he is done. He was the best option for quick screens.

But yes we still got three guys who could do that and they should but Turner is a dipshit who won’t cater to what he has. He just keeps trying to run his version of a good offense regardless. I hate Turner.

Curtis Samuel was juking people left and right at the beginning of the season, I don't know how you don't use him in slants, screens, and intermediate passes.

Heinicke isn't great at getting the ball out quick, I think it's because his vision gets blocked frequently from being short. He also is seeming to want to see guys come open before throwing it, rather than relying on the timing and anticipation.

By the time Samuel gets the ball the defender has closed the gap.

Oh and 10 wins sounds like a dream come true.

This franchise hasn't had over 10 wins in 31 years......that's a problem.

The offense is not good. We're a QB and 2-3 OL away. Coaching is at best the 3rd issue.
The defense held NYG to 13 points, what more do you want them to do?

There are issues with the offensive line.. ...Heinicke is limited and Wentz is slow and pedestrian.....there's an issue at TE too because Logan Thomas clearly hasn't recovered from knee surgery.......the running game with Gibson and Robinson is legit....Terry, Jahan, and Curtis are a pretty good 3 piece combo.....we do need better quartebacking, I agree.

Yeah we're good on skill position players now, Logan Thomas withstanding because he's getting long in the tooth and always playing hurt - we need to focus on the offensive line and QB this offseason.

The issue with the coaching staff is that they calls plays like we have a good QB. If you get an actual good QB, some of your coaching issues go away. I'd still be concerned about their situational adaptability.

My read on the team exactly. The only quibble one could make with the defense would be turnovers, and the lack of sacks is what contributed to no turnovers. But allowing 13 points says the gameplan worked whether you got the turnovers or not - we didn't rush the passer with abandon because of the way Jones hurts you with his legs. So it ain't the defense's fault.

It all comes back to QB, it's the reason we have such a small margin for error, and it's the reason that pounding the ball 35 times is our best chance to win. We can't make max use out of our passing game weapons without a QB and a line that can hold up better.

The failures are on Ron's personnel side more so than on the coaching side. Coming into the season with Norwell and Turner at guard was terrible. They are trying on the QB side. It's hard to land one. But there's no excuse for the guards.

If you can’t get the ball out on time for a quick screen, you have no business being employed as an NFL quarterback.
So if this is actually the case and TH cannot throw a quick screen effectively you need to put Howell in like three weeks ago.
