Re: All things off season 2015.
He isn't making it to #5. He is the best player in the draft. If the first 2 teams take the qbs, the Jaguars are stupid dumb if they don't take Williams.

Re: All things off season 2015.
I tend to agree with you. But sometimes strange things happen in the draft...plus it's not even 2015 yet, we can dream, can't we?

Williams, Robinson, Kerrigan, Breeland would be an awesome young 4 to build a defense around.

Amerson to safety. Always seemed obvious to me. Clearer after yesterday.

Re: All things off season 2015.
And there does seriously need to be a change in whoever evaluates talent in both free agency and the draft on this football team. That much is glaringly obvious and has been for years. Without change there then we are going to be waiting a long time for any success on the field.
Firing Haslett and Raheem are necessary too but any new defensive coaches need decent pieces to shift around. |

Re: All things off season 2015.
My plan:
1. Hire new GM 2. Fire Campbell and get a new scouting director 3. Fire Haslutt, Morris, Oline coach 4. Hire a QB coach Look for 2 new starters at Right Tackle and Right Guard. Find a well rounded, starting TE. Find quality starters at Free Safety and Defensive End. Cut Chester, Bowen, and Pauleson

Re: All things off season 2015.
Move BA out of his current position. Hes a good money guy but a horrible evaluator of talent. Fire Haslett now - should have been done years ago. We need to seriously bolster the oline and secondary with every available draft pick and dollar we have. QB as usual is a huge question mark. We cannot adress it until we fix the oline though.

Re: All things off season 2015.
I say trade down from 5 to around 12 or so and add another 1st and or 2nd in this draft. If not I'm down with drafting BPA at 5
