Colorado state law allows for an automatic recount if the two candidates finish with a lead that's less than 0.5% of the total vote.

Seems Trump will have 2 mouth pieces in the House
I'd like to meet the people who voted for her. Like do all those people just love Trump in that district or will they just vote for any republican no matter what?

Re: 2022 Midterms thread

Time to start changing some state names:

California = California (still)
Oregon = Northern California
Washington = Even More Northern California
Arizona = Hot California
Colorado = Mountain California
Michigan = Cold California
Minnesota = Even Colder California

I just assumed she was running in a solid red district ... just looked into it and its rural red lean but not a red strong hold like MTG has down in Georgia.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colora...ional_district

Idk ... im not from Colorado. House races .. odd candidates can win.

My gripe w House of Rep is how much time, energy and attention is given nationally to certain click bait mouth pieces like Boerbert, MTG AOC

Like all you hear representing the R or D are these extreme people .. who dont rep the whole party, dont even rep a state but rep some gerrymandered map district and then get more air time then senators

Definitely frustrating. But it ain't going to change. I know it's not possible to know all of the house reps, but I barely know any of them outside of my district and the type names you mentioned. Never hear about anyone near the moderate/middle ground line.

Nah it is. The remaining votes just don't paint a picture where the Dem over comes the GOP lead there.

It is the Senate that is in the question it will be 50 50 or 51 49 GOP. I don't think Walker wins next month but even if he did I think the Ukraine war funding will continue, nothing else will.

I wouldn’t bet on the Dem to win, but she did pick up a nice chunk of the batch last night. Anyway doesn’t matter. I think they take Nevada and we take Georgia and AZ. If it weren’t for the deep south bullshit antiquated run off crap that exists in 2 states the Dems would have Georgia already.

Was just talking to my old boss yesterday, who now lives in GA. She is very-far left. Was telling her I'm not a fan of these run-offs either. Warnock won. That should be good enough.

Earlier than what?
I was under the impression it was Georgia and Louisiana. Im sure you aren’t making this up but there must be major differences in whatever you are talking about in CA?

Their primaries are an election free for all with the top 2 facing each other in the general. Just look at their results you'll see only 2 candidates in each race and some of them are Blue vs Blue.

Well that is a little different than a run off. Plenty of red states that follow similar patterns no?

Anyway AZ gonna release 60,000 votes tonight. If Herschel fucking Walker is the guy who sways the Senate Im running next time. I may not be a college football star, but I did have the fastest 600 yard dash time in 6th grade. That has to be worth some votes.

Well it's kind of similar as technically it is a runoff of the top two finishers. Which state you running in? I'll let you know if it's worthwhile.
