A chance at Mahomes in the SB again vs. the Bills who most casual fans can't name a single player from, it's all about the money.
Notice how now Mahomes conveniently doesn’t have a concussion.

Reports early on said it was a neck injury due to a pinched nerve, which is in conflict with the report about being in concussion protocol.

Concussions are overseen by third party neurologists. They are not going to put their medical license on the line because Goodell et al. says, “make it so”. That’s the most ridiculous thing when I see people say this.

That’s why I’m confused because I’m still seeing both being talked about. He has a neck injury but talk about the protocol. First I was seeing that since it was officially a neck injury that he was out of the protocol. I’m not sure where it officially stands.

Yeesh. Drew Brees played this entire year with a torn rotator cuff and torn fascia in his foot, in addition to the 11 broken ribs/collapsed lung that knocked him out for a few games. Talk about putting it on the line. See you on the first ballot in 5 years.

That just leaves the Texans job now, right. Seems fitting that these are the last two left - the worst of the bunch...

At least it’s not Dan Campbell in Detroit. Did anyone see his initial press conference? Sheesh. Talk about a nut job. Talking about taking peoples knee caps out and his office name tag says “Head Coach / The Dude”. Guy sounds like he’s got a major ego to compensate for a small 🍆

Re: Around the NFL: Divisional Round edition

Apparently the Texans are interviewing Josh McCown for HC. While I don't doubt his leadership and football brain, he has 0 coaching experience. I actually doubt he'll get the job, but to even consider a guy who was actually part of the playing roster just a couple of months ago for the HC job? Given the way they have handled Watson, I suspect their brain trust is closer to a brainless trust.

That is quite clear. Each day it seems like something more brainless comes out about their decision-making than the day prior. Unbelievable.

It's apparent that no one wants that job.

I hope the next Texan HC wants to get rid of Watson. Then we’ll absolutely be in the running although the media “experts” aren’t talking about us much. Better that way!

The new GM and VP for personnel have the experience and knowledge for a bidding situation for Watson or Stafford. Can’t wait to see how we do. We have a lot to offer for a trade.

We need an new Zorn-like HC to decide to trade Watson. Once he’s available, the WFT will be in the final, top 3 teams bidding for him!!
