I thought she was a presidental candidate. Bush proved that you don't need to know anything to be president. Maybe she figured, she doesn't need to know anything to be NFL commissioner.
She's more knowledgable about the NFL than you think. ;)

If she were commissioner now would she have declared war on TO calling his mouth a weapon of mass destruction?
HA! Nice zinger.

She is a polarizing personality. I wouldn't hire her as NFL commissioner simply for that reason.

I'm not doubting that she's clueless about football, but tags was in the family for a while, and i don't believe she's ever worked in or for the NFL in any capacity, let alone for a number of years.
I don't think people would take kindly to her justs being granted a job, so she either needs to dig in or forget about it.
It just strikes me as being like the deion wants to be a head coach (without any of the steps between like assistant or coordinator first) or MJ wanting to be a GM. Without experience in it, it can end poorly. She has been involved with politics and law though, so academicly there's no problems.

For that reason I think she won't be considered seriously for the job. On paper she may have the credentials, but not "knowing" the culture of the NFL would be a very difficult adjustment.
She does wear nice boots though.

She is a politician. She knows how to appeal to ALL people. I listened. She actually knew little of what she was talking about. She was infront of a 90% football loving crowd and she threw in some stuff about pittsburg and didn't say anything bad about football(infact she said it was more of america's pastime than baseball). She obviously did a good job in making people feel good because of this thread but never ever ever is she going to be the commissioner

She is a Cowboys fan! Should that fact get an automatic NAY from everyone?

Hey Saden, I heard there was a massive storm in Seattle this weekend and hundreds of thousands were without power and unable to watch the Super Bowl. Were you one of them too?

There was talk of that but that didn't happen in the general Seattle area. Could have happened in the boondocks though. Nah, I watched the game with a bunch "by the end" upset Hawk fans.
