Lavar Gone

Apparently whoevers jersey i buy before the season, it ends up being their last. I now have a coles and arrington jersey. I don't know who to get for next year 'cause i dont want to jinx anyone!

11 restructured? That's the first I've seen that number. If that is the case, that is great news for two reasons.

First, it says a heck of a lot about the team. It says they are a team and they care about the ring more than the bling (maybe I'm being niave, but I don't think so).

Second, it means we will be able to play in free agency.

Gibbs said it may have been 12 restructured and yes it dose say a lot to me to! He also said there maybe more as the week gose by!

I differ from you guys. I'm happy as a pig in sh*t that he is gone. He plays like a chicken with his head cut off. When his knee is healthy and he has speed, he can play like a chicken with his head cut off and still make plays. His speed made up for his tendencies to be out of position.

But if you have balky knees, or if you're starting to age, your speed declines. And all of a sudden playing like the chicken with no head starts to become a liability.

This move should have cleared quite a bit of cap room for us. I will do my best to figure out how much. We're much better off without him. Bravo Gibbs.

Just a little while ago he maintained he'd be willing to restructure or do anything that would allow him to be a Redskin for life (yeah right) He's the only player on the team not willing to restructure to help his team in cap trouble. I knew when GW signed a three year extention to remain the DC there was no way this guy was still going to be here. No way is Williams going to put up with another year of LaVar's S****T.

I guess tehy finally see the fanchsie turning and a posibility to make a run in the playoffs and are willing to sacrifice some $$$ to win... because thye don't know if they don't how much time would it take to compete again

Just add lavar arrington to the list of guys who have been the heads of the skins locker rooms smoot, bailey, steven davis, brian mitchell...etc. This shows how much its just busness they don't care about keeping players who've been on the team for so many years and done so much for the team. This is y we haven't gotten anywhere. No leadership. You don't get leadership by being the highest paid player you earn it over the years. You earn it ending troy "ache in my back i never want to play against lavar arrington because he will literally rip my head off if there is a next time" aikman's career. F the cowboys. if you forgot about that watch it 800 times like i have. He has the fear. I don't think i'm the only one who doesn't just want him on my team because he's a great player i want him on our team because i don't want to play against him. Now that he's been released he could go to any team including the giants (like antonio pierce) or the cowboys(F them) so for any of you who say i'm glad he's gone just wait till we have to play him and you take the blame for any deaths on the field

I real believe that Gibbs is the glue that brings the team together. We were dead as a team before he came back. Will we win a super Bowl before his leaves...I hope so.
