Maybe they should have asked Patten to return some of his money last year since he couldn't make it through the entire season the way Santana did.

I would agree, but after the season he had, well, things sound a little different. If anything, this really solidifies the fact that he is bitter, and probably not happy here.

I am certain no matter what plays he makes next season when he speaks honestly he will get ripped. When it comes to honesty and looking out for their own interests, players cant win with fans.

I thought it sounded bad, but he is right. He also didn't say he would not have if he were asked to. A slip up in public speaking probably.
