any ranking that moves a team up from 21 to 10 because of one single game is stupid. Dr. Z sucks at analyzing the nfl and the drastic changes week to week in his rankings reflect that. It pisses me off that he actually gets paid to make stupid predictions and reflections. You have to remember his dumb ass said we would win 3 games last year.

honestly, being anemic for two weeks and the preseason is what had everyone so low on the skins in the first place. that's why they doubted the texans game. two weeks in a row though is harder to disprove.

i do agree that dr. z sucks though. he sucks hard.

I agree with you, That Guy. But I find it really funny that all these "experts" couldn't see how important Portis really is to this team. The entire offense basically goes through him first, so not having him sent us into a bit of a tailspin. I think that if he can keep up the pace that he's set over the last two games he'd be a lock for MVP.

I agree with him about Rock becoming a serious threat as a kick returner, but I don't think a jump like that is warranted by winning 2 and only beating 1 good opponent. I do think that this team is in the top half of the league, but top 10? Not quite yet. I like the improvement I've seen, but it's pretty much all for naught if they drop this one the Giants.

what's weird is that they said "yeah, but steve smith is out" for carolina, but didn't give the skins the same exception. in fact, when going over 0-2 teams to make the SB, they mentioned (i think) emmitt, white, etc that came back on those teams, and THEN mentioned carolina's steve smith, and THEN talkedd about the skins and how they didn't have any reason to believe they'd make it cause they didn't have anyone coming back.

that was one of those tv chucking moments. turns out we got 3 guys back. portis, brunell, and moss all decided to come back for week 3, just in time too. I was getting anxious.

Several "experts" commented on Portis being out. The one who I know didn't was Tom Jackson who talked about Emmitt being out when the Cowboys started 0-2, but failed to relate that to Portis being out. But TJ has issues.

Well you have to tell us now. What's the scoop. Mad about the SB 22 still? Booze, women, what?
