I really wish Matty made a rule of a minimum of 150 posts and 1 month of registration before you're allowed to make new threads. I realize this would not cut off this bozo, but I am getting so sick of new POINTLESS threads like this..

No one loves Gibbs more than I do. But let's face the facts. He has not done a good job in his three years here. Giving up picks for Brunell was a bad move. In 04 he did a bad job calling plays and handling the offese. He was better in 0-5. But signing off on both LLoyd and Randle El was a bad move. No need for both when we had so many other pressing needs. Bad move giving up a draft pick for Duckett. I could go on and on. He is the team president which means he the buck stops with him. If it were not for the defense last year then it would have really been ugly. The whole QB situation this year was just a frickin joke. He should have thanked Brunell for last year and went with JC right after 05 was over. Bottom line is we all know Gibbs is loyal to a fault. See Bobby Beatherd. There certainly have been erroneous personel moves made, but regardless of who's fault that was, how does that change Gibbs' legacy as a football coach.

As an on field coach, I feel Gibbs has yet to make a wrong decision on the field. Of course, he's mortal, and time will tell what ultimately went right and what went wrong, but I don't think its right to go around second guessing the guy when you really don't know what decisions, if ANY, he's been on the wrong side of. We have NO reason to believe that Gibbs doesn't know exactly what he's doing with his on field decisions.

Obviously, as far as personel goes, he has no successful legacy to speak of so I believe its a bit more reasonable to critize moves that appear questionable. Giving away draft picks is an obvious mistake that he's made, but in multiple situations (Portis, Cooley, J. Campbell), it has paid off for us. Regarding this free agent class, lets watch them down the stretch. It's hard to notice personal improvement when a team is struggling, so as the team improves these next few weeks, try to see if Carter/Archuleta and co. are doing their jobs. Arch, IMO, has done a great job on special teams, and if he's willing to work his way back into favor, I believe he deserves the chance.

I really doubt it. From what we've been reading lately, it seems like the coaching staff has given up on him. But I could be totally wrong.

if you don't like my threads don't reply or read them the last time I checked this was a free country and you shut the hell up let the moderators decide what threads should be posted and if you are feeling froggy find a way to make me shut the hell up a**hole!

Careful, remember there are those of us here who can pretty easily find a way to make you shut the hell up here. Not a threat, just a reminder

Wow, it started off so well a simply explanation and some contrition, then BAM (without even a period to warn you it was coming) a TAFKAS slam.

Grow a set! It's pointless to insult fellow members of Warpath in the manner in which you're doing. It's easy to sit behind a screen and play "font-fu" in cyber world but, do you honestly think your opinion matters in the real world?

As far as your negative comments towards the moderator's of this site..... How much of your free time have you contributed (to this site) in order to keep it readily available? Since you're living in a fantasy land, I'll assume you think a magic wand was waved and alas, ...... it was created!
Don't insult them for giving countless hours of their own free time, in order to give those of YOU something to complain about!

I'd watch it 3 ID, TAFKAS has moderator power. Even if he doesn't ban you, he can do mean and nasty things. You don't want to become his nemesis. Trust me. I know. (BTW - didja notice the paragraph with multiple periods and capitalization? Pretty cool, huh? You should try it some time).
