Did you actually need evidence to convince you the show was fake?
Believe me I'm a big skeptic but the show is interesting because they take a different approach from your typical ghost chaser, they try to disprove hauntings rather than trying to prove them.
They usually take a very critical eye to the evidence they gather. What's disappointing is to hear they don't allow their evidence to be examined by a 3rd party, and some of the more convincing evidence they've come up with has been explained away by some of the sites I posted above.

I'm from Gettysburg, which is supposedly haunted. What I always said was, I'm a rational person open to the idea of ghosts, but I haven't seen them. And given that I lived in a 200 year old house in which people died, and drove through the host of the bloodiest battle in American history daily, I should have seen them if they exist. You'll notice that people who claim to have seen ghosts are always a little hysterical to begin with.

What do you guys think is more likely? That we'd see ghosts or that we'd see aliens from another planet?

aliens. how in the world can you say on the millions of planets there are in the universe that there isn't a single one that has humans or lfe of somesort of intelligence. i think there is a galaxy with people or aliens that are way more advanced then we will ever be.
ghosts are just a stupid idea.

I do believe there is life on other planets but the odds of that life and life here being at the same advanced level at the same time that we could communicate with each other I think is very very remote

ghost hunters are most definitely real.
the problem's that all the ghosts are fake ;).
If you don't believe, and you don't like the show and believe that is is fake, then don't pay any attention to it! Simple.
