I had a really really cool lucid dream. I was walking on the beach and just sort of realized I was dreaming. I ran around and jumped in the water, and could basically control everything. I even decided to wake up by trying to open my eyes really hard.
Blew my mind, but I haven't done it since.
It really does blow your mind when you have that moment of full realization that you are dreaming. It's really something you have to experience on your own to believe.
saden1 12-06-2006, 01:46 AM I had a dream once in which I was fully aware that I was dreaming. When I tried to fully wake up I couldn't. I don't know what the hell was happening but I was completely paralyzed. Trying to move your limbs and not being able to is some scary shit.
Monkeydad 12-06-2006, 01:06 PM I have two recurring dreams. The first involves football. Somehow I end up getting put into a big game, either for the Skins or Penn State, at QB no less. The problem is, I can't throw the ball. I can't even grip it. I try to throw it and it goes like 3 yards. After the first throw people are like okay, it slipped but it keeps happening, and the fans start booing. Finally someone is open deep and I heave it as hard as I can and it just flutters out of bounds (please resist the urge to insert a Mark Brunell joke here). I seriously have this dream all the time.

I have those alot, and most of them are about sex lol. Usually I met a celeb who is really horny, and I know I have thought "hey I should just have sex with her" during the dream, and sure enough it happens.
Crazy thing is, couple times I have woken up from those, and gone back to sleep making myself think about those thoughts, and sure enough I fall back into that same dream with full control.
It is like playing a porno video game in your sleep.
