Did anyone ever hear about that lawyer who sued the telemarketer who called him at 6am? I think the premise was that the call was too early, but I remember it also having something to do with the fact that the call was from a robot. Basically, we can't have robots calling anyone, at any time -- it'd be just like spam, but on your phone.

So I should stop waiting for that chick from Small Wonder to call me up for a date?

In my house, it's NO telemarketing at all. I have never, nor will ever buy anything over the phone.

I've gone so far as to never answer my door unless they call first on my cell. Sad what this world has made me do. hahaha
