Carriker after trading down makes the most sense to me as well. If we have to stand pat at 6 I'd say Jamal Anderson since the DE position needs an effective pass rusher/but also good against the run. I am a little concerned about Adams - I went to South Carolina undergrad and in the South Carolina-Clemson game this year we ran all over their defense that day.

The ideal situation is to trade down and get an additional pick and with their first round pick take Amobi Okoye. With the additional pick, get depth at offensive line or the secondary.

Gaines Adams is also a good pick but not really a good fit for the Redskins. I think he is undersized and the would give us two undersized defensive ends.

Calvin Johnson is the stud of the draft. It might be tough to get him under contract. The wide receiver corps would be crowded.
