Regardless what i or anyone feels for the reason we are at war we still do mourn the loss of our citizens. How can you say that? I will shoot her an e-mail right now. I don't know what you don't understand. This nation sent our troops there. In my opinion we made a mistake. WE, a nation together. Not republican, not democrats. Something like 75% of the country was onboard with this at the beginning. The truth is many of us were wrong. I mean i was 13 at 9/11 but i am pretty sure i was up for the war. We sent our troops there and I feel that our mission has strayed. It is time for us to protect our troops and bring them back. What makes anyone that believes this a bad person? What don't you understand? I want change. Our soldiers got there when we tell them to. We told them to. We should never do that unless we are sure there is no other way. Now, at the time it may have been the right decision with all factors considered but now we need to bring them home and make an exit strategy. What is wrong in wanting this to end? It is my opinion. IRVINE – Mark J. Daily's last e-mail to his family was brief.

"All is well," he wrote. "More war stories than I can fit in this e-mail. Having the time of my life!"

The 23-year-old was killed Monday when a bomb ripped through his military vehicle in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul, officials said Wednesday.

Daily had been in Iraq for only three months.

Family and friends of the lifelong Irvine resident took some solace in his final message.

"He sincerely believed in what he was doing and wanted to finish the job and come home," Mark's father, John F. Daily, said in brief comments outside his home Wednesday.

bsb, to me it seems like you have gone out of your way to be more then civil to sbf. but in his threads, if you don't agree, the f bombs start flying. i support each and every one of those young men and women that sacrifice their lives daily, to insure my freedoms. how they got to Iraq is a different story. but i want them all to come home safely, as if they were my own children. i don't understand all the hostility towards people that disagree with your opinions?
