"I'm only 19 but my mind is old" - Prodigy
The Steelers have been pretty secretive this preseason with regards to their new D. I doubt they will pull out any of the stops they have. I'm really interested to see how Campbell will deal with all the different looks their 3-4 package brings.

Steelers will be a nice test for us. Hopefully we will see marked improvement from last night with regards to JC and the O line. A pass rush would be a nice thing also, but not holding my breath.

i can't believe that the skins coaches let campbell take a beating like that in the 1 st preseason game.other than that,i thought campbell looked very good,so did the running game.not an impressive win or showing, but no major
injuries and 14 points is good.

Yeah, I'm surprised they didn't get Campbell out after the 2nd time he got wrecked.

Perhaps they believed that Jason is too strong?? I mean, look at him, he is kinda pretty big..

JC needs to play as long as he can during preseason. He needs the work. Maybe Gibbs kept him in there hoping he gets hurt so Brunell can be his starter. Just kidding. i think lo
Campbell needs all the reps he can get. I think Gibbs will play him as much as he can depending on the flow of the game. With last night he wanted to give him a chance to get comfortable and get in a rhythm. If JC had done that early on he probably wouldn't have played so long.
It just goes along with the new emphasis that the coaches are placing on these preseason games.

How can you have a season Analysis on the first pre-season game?
Quite easily actually, give a man about a case of beer (a depressant) and sit him in front of his favorite team. Then when the game is over give that same man access to a computer. WA LA, a season analysis. In all honesty with the excecption of the Final Analysis, I thought that my observations were pretty on the mark.
