How about the fact that he has averaged 4.3ypc during he 2 years, despite being behind one of the worst offensive lines in football. Just to put it in perspective, that is higher than Portis' ypc in Washington(4.0ypc)... with your talented oline. I'm no saying that Ronnie is better than Portis... but that puts it in a little perspective.

And the biggest bust in that draft?!? Um... do you even realize who was in that draft? Let me list you the top 10 picks:

1. Alex Smith
2. Ronnie Brown
3. Braylon Edwards
4. Cedric Benson
5. Cadillac Williams
6. Pacman Jones
7. Troy Williamson
8. Antrel Rolle
9. Carlos Rogers
10. Mike Williams

And he is the biggest bust?!? LOL! EVEN if he was actually a bust, which is rediculous, he is better than all of those players. There are few players in that draft that have panned out better than Ronnie. Merriman is one (Who went at 12), you could make an arguement for Ware (but I would disagree), and Frank Gore (Who didnt go till Round 3). I liked Rogers a lot before the draft (ahead of Rolle and Pacman)... and am still a fan of his (I loved that Auburn team. They got robbed of a National Title)... but I would take Ronnie over him all day.

And about "dreaming" about Ronnie having 100 all purpose yards... just so you realize... Ronnie averaged 98 all purpose yards per game last year. And he was basically ignored by our offensive cordinator(Mularkey). He is going to get more touches with Cameron calling the plays. Especially receiving...

I am not saying that he will have 100 all purpose yards... but the prediction isnt off base.

But hey, stats and facts are confusing. You are probably better off to continue to make baseless comments and opinions with no real substance or reasoning.

ok ok, so he isnt the biggest bust. he is still a bust, just not the biggest. this guy was the number two pick! i dont care what oline you have and what his averages are. and yes most of what i say in here is opinion not fact. but heres a fact 10td. that is his career total along with his 4.3 ypc. good running backs find a way into the endzone more than 10 times in 2 years. and here is another fact, coaches dont ignore stud players. you are playing to much fantasy football and looking at the numbers. ronnie brown was not ignored, he just didnt give them the best chance to win. being the number 2 pick with no quarterback to speak of, wouldnt you run the living shit out it? i know 31 other teams that would if they had a stud running back (ronnie brown is average). anyways man, yes my opinion is just that, but there are facts that back up what i am saying i just usually dont post a thesis on here.

hahaha you know he is on the brink. let us be the first team this year to bang him....LARON, TAYLOR, AND ROCKY are all gonna lay the law down on that 230 pounds of wasted talent........lets go, i also see a blow out score. dolphin fan's argument will be "not against a top 5 defense", well we have learned how quickly that can fall. other than jason taylor, who i think chris samuels will get the best of, this defense is just a bunch of over the hill has beens. i strongly believe that the redskins win in a blowout 24-3, 30-7, maybe even 35-10. its gonna get rowdy at FRED EX field sunday!!!!!!

I love the Dolphins fans coming in here thinking there team is the top team in the NFL. Of course there are those Skins fans that are doing that, but lets be honest here. This is going to be a close game, I'm not positive on who's going to win, but I don't think there will be any more than a 10 point deficit. That's if either offense can score 10 points.

I have yet to see a Fin fan predict a blowout... most of us have all been saying this will be a low scoring close game...

First... lets start with the 10 TDs...

His first season, Ronnie was splitting carries with Ricky Williams. Are you shocked Ronnie didnt get all the goalline carries that year? Ricky got a good amount of goalline carries as well. Last year, Ronnie had 5 TDs in 13 games. But you have to realize... that in order for an RB to get a good amount of TDs... their offense has to be productive and get in scoring situations pretty frequently. Our offense blew dick... and there werent a ton of goalline situations for him to take carries in. If you look at his stats... whenever we give him the rock... he produces. Period. Cameron has already stated that he is going to give him a much bigger load than he had last year. Thank god...

And about our offensive cordinator ignoring Ronnie... he is a fucking moron. Honestly. 3rd and 1... and he was calling shotgun 4 wide. It was insane. He would abandon the run as soon as we got down by 3 pts. This was the first and only year he was our offensive cordinator. It honestly was the most frustrating thing to watch... ever. You can ask Bills fans about him... as he was their HC/OC before coming to Miami. They HATED him... and laughed their asses off that their division rival (Miami) hired him to run our offense.

And I am well aware that he was the #2 pick. Quick question... besides Merriman, who else would you have taken that year? Nobody. Ronnie was the 2nd pick in that draft... and he is still one of the best players from that draft. No, he isnt Reggie Bush, nor Calvin Johnson... but that draft was EXTREMELY weak. We got one of the best players in that draft with the #2 pick. Thats all you can do. You cant make the talent pool better...

And wait... so you honestly believe that putting the ball in Harrington's hands instead of Ronnie's gave us the best chance to win?!? Are you insane? Mularkey... is that you?

Madden NFL '08 says...

ESPN - NFL - Madden 08 Forecast (http://sports.espn.go.com/videogames/simulation/nfl?id=3007966)

(Interestingly enough, Madden 08 predicted Brees would go 26-41 on Thursday, actual stats were 28-41. And Manning would go 19-29, actual stats were 18-30)

A Madden 08 prediction. Ha, lets get real, if you play with the Redskins Ladell Betts is not that good in that game so don't think about giving him anything. Also Clinton Portis is always 100% on every play so keep that in mind.
