During the series last night the rain was coming down steadily & it's forecast w/good chance of rain through saturday.
Maybe that gives the field time to drain as its supposed to be dry & sunny on sunday, but it might be slick.
Seems that 'experts' always differ on the impact of a wet field, but I would think that it would give the Pats wr's an advantage over our db's since it's their field. Thoughts?

Personally, I dont think it gives their WR's any advantage cause its "their" field. We have experience playing in wet conditions as well. And it almost always benefits the defense on both sides of the ball.
IF anything...I'd say this would be a big benefit to us! It will slow the game down, and fall more in Gibbs' comfort zone and probably move more towards a running game which suits our style better. A wet field or rain for that matter makes it harder for WR's to make plays.

Non-issue.
Unless three more lineman go down, which is what happened in Green Bay.

While I agree it seemed to favor the Packers when we played them at their field. One advantage for the home team and a wet field is that the equipment guy's know the field better and what kind of cleats the players should use.

Non-issue.
Concur, a non-issue. I believe that stadium is field turf like most and does not stay slick after a rain.
Now if it rains DURING the game you have an issue of keeping the footballs dry.

Let's hope the wet Green Bay game is over with and we are conditioned enough to play 4 quarters not just half a game
looks like we miss Coy Gibbs's conditioning coaching

I don't remember Coy Gibbs having anything to do with conditioning
