CJ's probably hoping that the thread ends up being 85 pages long.

Why only 12 hours, he's not a free agent. I thought the trade deadline was later in the year

I only said 12 hrs cause some one posted the perverbial "he will be signed by Tues." my assumption was today/Tues. again assuming the person would mean the closest Tues.

WHERE YA AT 85?

I like CJ and think he's a great talent. Funny. and a great game changer. I wanted him when this topic came up due to the fact we had no WR's except Moss. He would have made our team at least 50% better. However lately some of his antics have me saying ....think god we didn't make a trade for him. ....

The Tysonification Of Ochocinco?
Posted by Mike Florio on June 10, 2009, 9:58 p.m.
The signs have been there for a couple of years, and now it might actually be happening.

Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco might be crossing the line from athlete who eschews convention to full-blown whack-job caricature.

The latest evidence? Our friends at WLWT in Cincinnati advise us that Ochocinco was spotted leaving a Red Lobster in the Queen City with three small tattoos.

On his face.

Just like Mike Tyson.

We’re told that, on one cheek, there’s a small cross. The other cheek displays an image of the stagte of Florida. Finally, the letters “OC” appear on his forehead.

They’re all small. But they’re on his face.

Video apparently will be posted on WLWT’s web site later tonight.

UPDATE: Ochocinco has a picture of one of his new tats as his Twitter photo. And his latest entry, added moments ago, was in response to chadparnell1: “what they say on pro football talk?” Gulp.

SECOND UPDATE: Robert Littal of BlackSportsOnline.com sent along an enlarged picture of Ochocinco’s right cheek, which shows two crosses. It doesn’t look too bad. Still, it’s a tattoo on his face. For a guy who blows hot and cold on any given subject at any given time, the idea of doing something so permanent seems odd. We think they’ll be removed within five years.

You really think one WR would make our team 50% better?

What does "50% better" exactly mean?

Would we have scored 50% more points?
Would we have 50% more passing yards or completion %?
Would we have scored 50% of the time more in the red zone?
Would we have won 50% more games?
Or is it just some sort of arbitrary metric established to make some sensational claim?
