J.J. Pesavento, of Next Level Scouting, reports University of Louisville LB Lamar Myles (hamstring) worked out at his school's Pro Day. Myles ran between a 4.64 and a 4.67 40-yard dash, had a 38-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, four-inch broad jump and completed 33 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 5-foot-11 1/2 and 230 pounds. Myles pulled his hamstring during the 40-yard dash.

Babers ran a 4.36 and a 4.37 40-yard dash, had a 33-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, four-inch broad jump. He measured in at 5-foot-11 and 191 pounds. Babers worked out with the Jacksonville Jaguars defensive backs coach.

Updating a previous report, The Associated Press reports the San Francisco 49ers forfeited their fifth-round draft pick in the 2008 NFL Draft after NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said they tampered with Chicago Bears LB Lance Briggs. The 49ers will have to trade their third-round draft pick, seventh overall in the third round, to the Bears for their third-round pick, the 12th overall pick in the third round.

Alex Marvez, of FOXSports.com, reports Tennessee State CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has had his draft stock soar since January and may become the first defensive back selected in the NFL Draft. Tom Shaw, of Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, handled Rodgers-Cromartie's pre-draft preparation. Shaw has worked with 94 first-round draft picks and has compared Rodgers-Cromartie to former NFL star CB Deion Sanders. "I think Dominique is a Hall of Famer," Shaw said. "The way this kid can react to the football, the way he adjusts ... He's the best receiver I have in this camp. He's a kid that can do everything."

Bob Holt, of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, reports University of Arkansas WR Marcus Monk worked out at his school's Pro Day Tuesday, March 25. Monk ran a 4.41 and 4.43 40-yard dash and had a 36-inch vertical jump. He improved his numbers from the NFL Scouting Combine and helped himself more than any other player at Arkansas' Pro Day, according to NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.

Jackson had a 30 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 4.15-second short shuttle, a 6.96-second cone drill and completed 11 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 5-foot-9 1/4 and 179 pounds.

Dorsey ran between a 5.08 and 5.14 40-yard dash, had a 25 1/2-inch vertical jump, an eight-foot, four-inch broad jump, a 4.92-second short shuttle, a 7.61-second three-cone drill and completed 27 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 6-foot-1 3/4 and 297 pounds. His arm measured 34 5/8 inches and his hand measured 10 inches.

.........didn't really help or hurt his stock. fairly solid, but expected............

J.J. Pesavento, of Next Level Scouting, reports Urbana DL Kyle Lockett measured a height of 6-foot-3 7/8 and a weight of 300 pounds at Ohio State's Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.20 seconds and completed 26 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured a 29-inch vertical jump and an 8-foot-5 broad jump. Lockett will hold an individual workout for a few teams in the near future.

John Garrett, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports Rutgers WR James Townsend ran the 40-yard dash in 4.39 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.10 seconds, the long shuttle in 11.36 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.78 seconds. He measured a 41 1/2-inch vertical jump, an 11-foot-5 broad jump and completed 21 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.

John Garrett, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports Rutgers RB Ray Rice did not run in the 40-yard dash at his Pro Day. He improved his vertical jump to 39 1/2 inches and a 10-foot-1 broad jump. He lowered his short shuttle to 4.17 seconds and finished the long shuttle in 11.22 seconds.
