I bet this is how a many of Giant fans are thanking Brett today:

Thanks Brett for throwing one more of the many int's you are so well known for and giving us the trip to the SB and thus the SB. Thanks man we will never forget that last bad decision you made and can remember as your last throw as an NFL QB. We will cherish that moment everytime we think of you.

Oh I forgot another reason that the Giants should thank Brett.

Thanks Brett for falling down when Strahan set the sack record and not throwing the ball away like most QB's would have done.

No one. Some one has to be the bad guy and point out the stuff he has done wrong. Its not all good.http://www.thewarpath.net/images/icons/icon7.gif

Stay tuned people.....There may be more to the Bret Favre saga than meets the eye. It could be that he's not finished just yet.

I've watched Favre my whole life and it's been fun. I hope he can finally spend some quality time with his kids and wife.... I don't even know football without Favre but I'll keep cheering on them Packers :(

Just a made up question:

Would you still feel the same about Farve if some how he came back and played for another team next year or would you feel he stabbed the team in the back?

That Strahan sack was horrible. I still can't believe a stand up guy like Brett would tarnish a hallowed record like that.
Oh well, everyone skrews up, he's still the best.

I think your tin foil helmet's a little tight.

okay Madden you think he left because? He only lobby for Moss last week and now that he signed with NE he retired the next day. Why we he ask for Moss one week and retire the next when he didn't get him?

He's been talking about retiring for years now, it's not like this is out of the blue. As far as I know the Packers were never in any sort of serious discussions with Randy Moss, so it's not like Favre thought they had a chance of getting him and he was just hanging on until a decision was made.

Why does there always have to be some some of underlying story with some people??
