I am still not 100% sold on Campbell, but if he keeps playing like this he will go down as a hall of famer. He has been unbelievable.

T.O.Killa, you are a hard person to please. What does Jason Campbell have to do to win you over? He just bitch-slapped the Cowgirls in Cowtown. It doesn't get any better than that.

Wait a second, I thought this thread got locked? What happened? I coulda sworn I saw SS lock it...

I locked the other one.

As for JC, great to see him playing so well. Aikman made a good point yesterday, that Zorn isn't doing the conventional things to protect a young QB but he's putting the team in position to make plays (to some extent, at the expense of Jason Campbell). To me, that shows great confidence in Campbell to be the man.

As a coach, maybe Joe Gibbs couldn't quite make a star out of Campbell but props to JG the President for believing that JC was our future and going after him.

The one thing consistent no matter who was our OC was that they all said JC was putting the work in studying film and the playbook, they might of complained about his technique but never about is work ethic, it seems like it's finally paying of for him -- all is hard work.

Well I can honestly say that I was in the minority week one. I wasn't calling for JC's head. Nope not me. I saw the potential, and knew he would be fine. JC is not what I thought he was because he has progressed so quickly. I mean, moving from where he was at the beginning of September to where he is now? 180 degrees. Plus I'm going to have a good taste in my mouth for the rest of the week. Dallas Week pt. I is over, and we're 1-0

I thought when I watched him against the Giants, he wasn't making mistakes, but he also wasn't seeing his receivers properly and getting rid of the ball. Hence the sacks. But also, we didn't have a running game to speak of. Now the offense looks more of a unit, and able to move the ball on long drives (i.e. 10 plays for 79 yards!). That goes a long way to helping a QB feel comfortable in there.
