That Guy

seems excessive... and she also put family expenses as "business" costs while in office in alaska (non work related trips, food, etc)... the 123$mill for a worthless bridge that she said she wouldn't build (AFTER the news media got hold of it, not before) and she kept that money for the state.

her husband was in the alaskan independence party, her witchdoctor pastor... the insane lies about obama...

no offense, but for a "maverick reformer" she seems VERY self serving and morally grey.

edit: alaska independence thing was from 1986, so that's a completely moot point in my eyes (too long ago). sorry.

But for real, where did you get that pic of his shoes?

Well, you avoided my original point right from the start and jumped right into this earmark bs, so fair is fair.

So who is the elitist here?

Obama in his worn out soled shoes

Or Miss Hockey Mom/Joe Six-Pack in her $2,500 Valentino jacket?

I'm sure Joe the Plumber can really relate to blowing through $150,000 on clothes and makeup when the average American household spends less than $2k on clothes per year.
Well I do find it funny you keep avoiding the question of his pork spending and Obama's request for over 900 million in TAX PAYERS money and keep jumping back to either McCain changing his mind or Palin's none tax payers money for her and her famlies clothing. 900 million in tax payers v/s 150 grand in GOP money is a hugh difference. This comes from a man who now says he wants to cut the budget but his prior actions says he has never tried to cut spending but rather he increased spending with his over 230 million in pork projects. If he had all his pork passed that number would grow to over 900 million and thats just in the few years he has been in office. How about Palin in her $2,500 suit (paid for by the GOP) or Obama's 3 million projector? I think I'll go with the person who is not waisting the tax payers money.

It's not the dollar amount that I'm taking issue with, it's the double standard of accusing Obama of being an elitist while portraying yourself as being an advocate for the average American, then blowing an insane amount of money on a wardrobe. It just makes no sense to me, but then again the entire McCain campaign hasn't made much sense either. Every week they throw a new piece of shit against the wall to see if it will stick, and usually it's something they are already guilty of themselves. It's comical really.

You did not think Gore had a double standard when he was asking for everyone to cut back on energy use while he was using all that energy for his homes and jet. Wasn't he being an advocate for being Green while he was out burning up all that energy?

Matty's quote about Gore and his double standard:

"I'm more concerned about the message vs. the messenger, it's important to keep this issue at the forefront:"

And

"Ugh just forget about who is saying it, that's not what's important"

The point is you did not care that Gore lived by double standards but now for some reason it very important to you that some how Palin is living by double standards. I would also bet you money that Palin is not out buying most of this stuff because she would not have the time to do so and its not tax payers money. I just cannot believe how the left is so concerned over $150,000 but while Obama says he wants to reduce spending has asked over and over again for pork projects to the tune of over 900 mil. That my friend is a double standard one that the tax payers are paying. I also finaly watched your clip and it was not very good. So no that does not concern me.

You found nothing odd about him going back and forth on gay marriage from literally one minute to the next? I support it, now I don't, now I do, now I don't. Wow.

You totally missed my point on Gore, then and now, but whatever.

Well if I'm correct he states he is against it but thinks its a state issue. Those clips can cut off what ever they don't want you to hear and I don't think gay marriage is the big issue Americans face today. I did not miss the point about Gore but I did notice your double standard. You still have not answered the question I have asked now about 5 time about Obama's pork spend and all the pork he has asked for over the short time he has been in office. So does it not concern you that he has asked for over 900 million in pork spending and he thinks it is so great that he even list the pork projects on his web site?

Heck on his own web site he talks about cutting spending and waistful prok spending.Barack Obama and Joe Biden: The Change We Need | Fiscal (http://www.barackobama.com/issues/fiscal/#restore-discipline)

Problem is here on his same site he brags about all the prok projects he has tried to get passed.Obama Announces FY08 Federal Funding Requests | U.S. Senator Barack Obama (http://obama.senate.gov/press/070621-obama_announces_3/)
